• The person interested has the right to obtain confirmation of his personal data, even if he is not yet registered.
• He has the right to obtain:

a. the origin of the data;

b. the purpose and method of treatment;

c. details of the reasoning behind the collection of data;

d. details of the identification of the company and its Representative;

• He has the right to obtain:

a. the up-dating rectification or, whenever needed, the integration of data;

b. the cancellation, transformation in anonymous form, or the blocking of unlawfully kept data, including that of which the conservation is not necessary for the scope of which the data was been acquired or used;

c. a declaration that the operations at “a” and “b” have been communicated to all those persons who have access to the data, except when that communication is impossible or is out of proportion to the right to privacy.

• He has the right to oppose, either totally or partly:
